Gavarnie Olive Oil
Gavarnie Olive Oil began as Olive oil producers and expanded their products to include caper bushes because of their location in the hot and dry climate of the Victorian Pyrenees - well suited for their cultivation. They have 200 caper bushes, which produce capers and caperberries from December to March each year. They are all hand picked, daily during this period. As there are not many capers producers in Victoria and Australia, they believe they can provide a unique produce for your market visitors.
